Budding Buddhas Yoga and Mindfulness Programs are designed to build focus, strength, confidence and a strong sense of self.  Our Birthday Celebrations offers parties that will be filled with fun, movement, and mindfulness, taking place throughout Westchester or Tovami Yoga Studio in Mamaroneck for a hassle-free celebration. Budding Buddhas will take your child and friends through an interactive yoga experience combining music, creative poses, and games. The class will end with a relaxation and massage. Our birthday celebrations are open to kids ages 4 - 12.  

Doherty Petri’s newest location is at Pine Brook Fitness, where we offer a beginner class on Tuesdays from 5:45-6:45.
