No entrance fees.

Carol Nichols Park:

Elmsford

Need to Know: The park opens 7 days per week the last week of June, annually from 12:30 - 7:30. It is open weekends in mid-June. There are no entrance fees. Please check town site for updates on hours.

Columbus Park

Port Chester

Need to know:  Water Spray Playground: Open daily during the Summer from 11 am - 5 pm

Flowers City Park:

New Rochelle

Need to know: This free splash has been recently renovated and reopened for the 2024 season.

Harbor Island Park:

Mamaroneck, NY

Need to know: Harbor Island Park is another spot with great views and a playground.  The splash pad is on the smaller side, but still holds plenty of fun. You can also enjoy a trip to the beach while you are here and have the chance to play in the sand.

The splash pad is open 7 days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Parking and entrance fees apply.

Louis Engel Waterfront Park:

Ossining, NY

Need to Know: There are two playgrounds in this park.  The one closest to the old Sing Sing has a beautifully renovated splash park - and my son loves the train equipment at the playground.  Mr. Softee makes the rounds frequently and the water is on a timer.  Bonus: The splash pad is gated.

Closed Wednesdays for camp use.

No entrance fees.

Matthiessen Park:

Irvington, NY

Need to Know: The adjacent playground is gated and good for young children.  The splash park is also well suited for littles and a popular spot for the under three crowd.

 Pierson Park:

Tarrytown, NY

Need to Know: Paid meter parking or free parking with Parks pass.  Splash pad is located next to the playground.  Great river views and options for shade under the trees.

Saxon Woods:

White Plains, NY

Need to Know: This spray area is by pool admission only.  It has large water structures, and the water is deep enough for wading in, in addition to the splash features.  Saxon Woods also has a large playground, free parking, and mini-golf.

Sprain Ridge Pool:

Yonkers, NY

Need to Know: The sprinkler play area in this pool complex is great for little kids and has a zero-entry wading area, as well.  Along with the larger pool, families can also enjoy the concessions stand.

Parking and entrance fees do apply.  Westchester County residents only.

Tibbets Brook Park:

Yonkers, NY

Need to Know: This splash area is also through pool admission.  It's a large aquatic area with lifeguards.  Good for a variety of aged children, not just toddlers - although you'll want to keep a close eye on the little ones as it gets crowded.  There is a "lazy river" style experience and you can picnic and barbeque.  This is more of a day out than a quick splash park visit.

Parking and entrance fees do apply.  Westchester County residents only.
