Tovami Yoga, a classic yoga studio located in Mamaroneck will celebrate its expanded studio from 1-3pm. The expanded studio will offer more classes and workshops this fall.

The new fall classes include special “pop-up” Twisting Without Pain class with Danica Amron, and Budding Buddhas Children’s Yoga, Chakra Healing with Jo Jayson and Anatomy Trains with Laurice Nemetz as well as an eRYT200 hour teaching training. All of the classes, taught by many of Westchester’s favorite teachers, are designed to extend beyond the physical aspects through an integrated mind-body-breath experience. Opened in January 2016 by owner and directer Tobi Kundid, Tovami Yoga’s expanded studio will continue to offer a diverse selection of classes and workshops to build upon her goal of creating a space for yogis of all levels including classes for kids. “I wanted to create a studio where a community of like-minded people can practice and friendships can be made,” says Kundid, a Mamaroneck resident. Tovami Yoga is located on West Boston Post Road at the corner of Mamaroneck Avenue facing Mamaroneck Harbor.
